The sheets are not Egyptian Cotton, but they prominently use that term throughout their website & even on the bedding labels. I received full sheet sets & I wanted Split King. The company never responded to my numerous email & voicemail requests to know the return address for the sheets. I wanted to exchange them for the right size, but due to the non-existent customer service, I reluctantly decided to pay the 25% restocking fee & s&h, just so they didn't get all my money for their misrepresented products. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges because I am not willing to send the sheets to an address the company has not provided. They give you 14 days to contact them for a return & I am afraid they are trying to pull something by not returning my messages within that 14 days.
