the sleep better store president of company Philip Kim Mattresses leaked 4 times, have two mattresses now can't use company out of business and took my money with no bed to sleep on Houston Texas

In my hunt to find my new matress I came across an interesting new start up company with pretty good initail reviews by the name of Casper. What struck me about this company was the 100 day money back gaurentee on their mattress, which is a bit unheard of in the industry, so I took the internet to see if this was infact to good to be true. 

I wasn't suprised to find that Mr. Krim, who you've correctly identified as the president of the late Sleepbetterstore, has a history of this "hit and run" style business plan where the company simply disapears when customers attempt to contact them for thier defective products. It is interesting that Mr. Krim has not been held accountable for repeating these same buisiness tacktics over and over again, I will share with you a Casper review where an educcated consumer decided to shed some light on the presidents history taking advantage of his consumers... 

"One of the Casper Mattress owners, Phillip Krim, owned at least 3 internet bed stores before he became involved with this "venture". Google his 3, out of business companys, The Sleep Better Store, Dream Number Beds and Angel Beds. They were in Houston, Tx. All three of these companies are out of business, with No CONTACT INFORMATION! My bed broke and I can't get it fixed because they fell off the face of the planet! People need to know these things.

It is unfortunate that folks continue to fall for these tactics over and over again, but Mr.Krim has proven to be quite illusive in starting up...then bailing out of these companies when called to stand by his product. 

In the particular case of the indivudial associated who origonated this compaint, I would investigate if any Class Action Law suits have drummed up any interest in any of Mr. Krim's now 4 ecommerce mattress selling companies (The Sleep Better Store, Dream Number Beds, Angel Beds, or Casper. I would also look up Casper's website and talk to customer service about providing you with a replacement bed promised to you by their president Mr.Krim who you were unable to contact until now.

If you are disabled then what are you doing spending that much money on a mattress??? AND since you stated your are "disabled" what is your disability?? You can afford a $1200.00 mattress on disability so what is the reason you want to hire an attorney?? For what?? Suing a company that is closed?? Good luck

You are scamming the government and MY tax dollars with your "disability" crap.  You are a scammer!! I have a job, two degrees and sleep on a mattress that is nothing near 1200.00!!!
