The Sports Authority poor customer service and a rip-off

Just the plug
I ordered a Coleman cooler and power plug from their online site as a gift for my inlaws. The plug arrived within 4 days but after 2 weeks the cooler had not.
After calling the 800 number I was told that the cooler was not in stock and my order had been cancelled. I was not made aware of this by anyone in the company before I called.
When transferred to a specialist I was treated to condescending words likeoh and oh, my instead of answers or a suggestion of how this matter could be resolved.
I have found their customer service to be horrible. With so many online companies I suggest people choose one other than The Sports Authority.

One thing that you may not know is that the website for Sports Authority is not actually run by Sports Authority. It is run by a seperate company that pays Sports Authority to use its name.
It is the same company that runs d**k's Sporting Goods', mlb.com, nhl.com, and a host of other companies' websites.
