The Steel Building Co. DBA Future Buildings Alex Jenkins Alex from Future Buildings sold us a steel building, took our deposit and then proceeeded to tell us the building we purchased could not be built on the building site we purchased it for as it did not meet the building code for that area and that they would have to refund our deposit. Then after texting me that information Alex Jenkins and Future Buildings refused to return our deposit of $6800. We paid $6800 for nothing. Markham Ontario

Alex Jenkins on December 7/2016 sold us a steel building to put on our lot on Lake Winnipeg. We paid the $6800 deposit they required for the building. A week later Alex Jenkins texted me with the news the the steel building they sold us did not meet the building codes for the location it was to be built on at our lot on Lake Winnipeg and that they would have to refund us our deposit.

When we contacted the company and Alex Jenkins back to inquire how they would be refunding us back our deposit the company and Alex refused to refund us our deposit. We have still to this day never been refunded our deposit. The company and their sales representative Alex Jenkins kept our $6800 deposit and we have nothing to show for it. We were taken for $6800 overnight. We want our deposit back.
