Following an ad received in the paper I ordered 4 boxes of checks from Styles Check Company. I sent them a check for $21.80.
on 9/11 I received an email that the order was shipped. On 9/11 I received a call from them asking me to call cusomer service. Calling customer service I was advised I owed them $60+ more.
"Alissa" infomed me that I had ordered from them in the past. This may be a lie or not. I told her that please cancel the order. She then agreed to cut the charge in half. I declined her offer.
Her suggestion was I should refuse the shipment and have it returned to sender. Upon receipt they would send me a check back for $21.80. I never expect to see that money.
In my opinion this is a very bad company and unless you want to waste a lot of time and energy DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Should you need checks use Costco
