The Transportation Firm/Donald McNatt non-sufficient funds, payroll lies, abusive language Southaven Mississippi

My husband is a truckdriver that contracted with Transprotation Firm for 5 years. I usually handled the settlement checks and banking from home. Over the last year my husband worked with this company, we were issued 16 returned checks (non-sufficient funds). It was very time consuming and difficult to get paid. The reissued checks were also returned NSF and were lost in the mail. I heard every lie that the others on this blog mentioned as well. Sometimes it would take 30+ days to recover funds. In the end I had to hire a laywer to recover $7,000. of the $11,000 we were owed.

Interesting that they have such a hard time making payroll. Furthermore, Donald McNatt was rude and used inappropriate, filthy language in his emails. I realize he didn't know who he was corrisponding with in the emails. However, I can see by his other responses on this website that he just does not care. By the way, all of the other complaints I have read here are true! I know this because the same thing happened to us.

Donald McNatt is an unscrupulous person running a dirty company! Drivers and businesses should avoid this company and its representitives! They are liars and cheats!
