The Travel Agency, Inc. Fraudulent over $680,000 stolen from 234 people took money and never booked trips Easton Pennsylvania

Ronni Spoll, owner of The Travel Agency, Inc. fraudulently took money from 234 people (my husband and myself included) for paid in full vacations and never booked the trips.

This included a large group of people for a dream wedding on the beach in Aruba, a restuarant owner taking his staff on vacation, 22 Philadelphia police officers, PA and NJ state troopers, and many, many more. All total she has ripped us off for more than $680,000. She also owes $250,000 to a vacation clearing house in Pheonix, AZ.

She would under cut vacation prices to get the business and ask for payment in full to be paid by check or cash. Then she must have been "robbing Peter to pay Paul" and it has all caught up with her now. She has closed her doors now and has left many people very angry and disappointed.

Our all-inclusive vacation was to be booked for The Royal Hideaway Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico for May of 2004 totaling $3829.00 and friends of ours (who I feel terrible for because I recommended this travel agency to them) were supposed to be booked for an all-inclusive vacation to Mexico in March of 2004 totaling $3750.00.

Both of these vacations were to be booked thru Apple Vacations. We contacted Apple Vacations and found out that Ronni never paid them any money for either of our vacations even though we both paid her in full.

Travel with Apple Vacations can only be booked by registered travel agents who represent Apple Vacations. Ronni Spoll is a registered travel agent with Apple Vacation. Apple Vacations was not willing to assist us with rescheduling our trips at an affordable reduced rate even though Ronni was an agent of theirs.
