The Trendy Nook I was charged and never received product

On August 1st 2018 I made a purchase of 2 fortnite backpacks totalling around $60. I was told at that time that it would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. I asked if I would be able to track the package and was told I would. I was then given a tracking number on August 8th and advised the package was shipped. I was unable to use the tracking s for system provided and it was saying my number could not be found. I then contacted the company and began asking questions. The person responding to the messages was extremely rude and unhelpful. And when I asked for a refund I was told they could not process a refund since it was already shipped. I was also then told it was 2- 3 weeks from shipping for it to arrive. I was messaging every day trying to get updates on the shipping and was continually treated rudely. Finally I asked if i would be eligible for a refund if the product doesn't arrive. I was told yes, but it's coming. Once the 3 weeks from shipping lapsed and i still didn't have what i paid for i messaged and asked for a refund. The individual is no longer responding to my messages. I did a little search on Facebook and learned that this happened to several other people who were dealing with this company.
