One of the problems that we, Americans, as free people face today is that for the past 150-Years trail Judges and Attorneys/Esquires in the USA have routinely misinform the public, and jurors that tey were bound to accept the judges opinion of what the law is ; which laws to apply, and whether or not they had to find a defendant guilty. Un so doing, these judges and attorneys/esquires have welded shut this important safety , which our Founders and Framers so wisely provided our society (AMERICA). When in fact, all US Judge's Judgments are Unconstitutional, because US Judges do not apply The rule of constitutional as required of them to make lawdull judgments....

The power of the legislature are defind and limited; and that those limits may not be mistaken or forgotten, the Constitution is written. Consequently, the theory of every government bodies in America, must be that an act of the legislature/government bodies against the Constitution is automatically void....

It is emphatically, the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is. Those judges who apply THE RULE OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW to particular cases must of necessity explain fully in open courtm the legislature's rule (Secondary Law), and compare it to The Constitution to see if it is in opposition to The Constitution.
