Shipped a small (s****.>
The catch.... One receipt, the official UPS one says $16. The store receipt charged and extra $5. For the box size and weight..... According to UPS guidelines that is all covered in the shipping fee, which was also more than the website quoted. These stores are privately owned and out to confuse and rip the general public off!!! NEVER again will I use that service. There may be a line at the post office, and the employees are not the friendliest people in the world, but when I sent the SAME package and weight to South Florida the following day the cost was $11. Holy hell what a difference!!!!!
Bottom line THE UPS Store swindles and rips customers off!

Why?

If you were quoted $9.50 on the Web Site why did you continue with the purchase when you were quoted not only $16 but $21 at the store? If it really bugged you you should have said "no thank you and taken your package back", or at least gotten an explanation from them first that you found acceptable.
Intentional or not you were very selective in the parts of the receipts you posted.
How did you get the $9.50 quote for shipping? You don't say where you were shipping it to but in choosing Buffalo NY from the address of the store the cheapest I could see is just over $12(and that was for a 1lb package).
You also say that your package was under 2lbs. Where did you get that weight? What was the weight at the UPS store? Because even 2lbs 1 oz puts it to the 3lb price. Which by the way once I put in 3lbs it came very close to the price on the UPS Receipt.
What were the exact dimensions of this "s****.>
