I ordered 4 rose bushes in May and a Fugi apple tree. This made me eligible for 2 free plants. When the order (#00075084) arrived, the only items in the box were the Fugi apple and the two free plants. They were severely dry with very little packaging or moisture beads. The few leaves were crispy. I took a picture of the box and contents right away and sent it to the company requesting why I had not received my rose bushes. I have emailed and called repeatedly with no response. I spent $47.80 plus shipping on the rose bushes alone.
