the used parts factory ordered a steering column only to get the wrong one. I was told to ship it back and they would send the right one. now they wont answer my calls or emails and they still haven't refunded the money l Jacksonville Florida

I ordered a steering column on 10 31 2013 for a ford f 350 xlt auto with cruise. On november 12 I received a column with no tilt or cruise control that had come out of a striped model truck.  I talked to will as did my father who had purchased it through his paypal account.   I was asked to return the item and call him with the tracking number.  I did so the next day. I was told by a man named will that he had another he would send and if he could not find the right one he would refund my money. I and my father have since then left dozens of messages and emails and have not been able to contact anyone by phone or email.  All i want is my money back from these fools. ITS 350.00 I could sure use at christmas time. Dont trust these guys.
