The Vacuum Center ripoff dishonest fraudulent refund policies Dickson Tennessee

today is 03/25/04 and i placed an order for $389.23 with the vacuum center on 01/26/04 and cancelled that order on 01/29/04, according to their policies they have to refund your money, i was informed that my money would be returned to me within 4 to 5 days well 3 months later still no refund, even though i have contacted the vacuum center numerous times and have been told my refund was lost in the mail another would be issued, my refund was never sent it got mixed up in some paperwork but they will send it, well still no refund. i feel this company is never going to reimburse me and i would appreciate any help you could give me in resolving this issue, thank you.
