The VIR Group Alistair Barrett-Powell Kept the collected rent The Villages Florida

Alistair Barrett-Powell rented my villa January February and March of 2018 and kept all of the collected rent money. He owes me over $9300.00 in rent and over $1000.00 in damages to my property, which included; burned vinyl siding, oil stained carpets, molding destroyed by renters dog. The VIR Group have been evicted from their office, and the owner, Alistair Barrett-Powell, was evicted from his own rental property. They also owe 100’s of other landlords 1000’s of dollars. There is a class action lawsuit in progress, with the Florida’s Attorney General! They have done this other times in the past, under different company names. His husband Charles "Jeff” Barrett-Powell, has filed for a new license under the company name, Vacation Rental Shop. They just keep running the same scam only changing the company name!!!
