I was in the The Vons Companies Incorporated grocery store at night. A man came up to the manager and said that he paid for his groceries but the clerk forgot to put the loaf of bread in his cart. The man was yelling at the manager and the manager did not give him his bread. The man looked hungry and needy but the manager turned him away and did not give him his bread. I was surprised that a company like this would not give the man his bread and wanted to share it in the public forum.

Hey, if this guy did not pay and cannot provide proof that he did, the manager did the right thing. There are lots of hungry people and lots of organizations out there to help them. The store is not obligated to believe this guy's lies and give him things he did not pay for.

They screwed me with their membership card. I got the card but next time I came in it didn't work. I didn't get the discounts. So, some lady behind me let me use hers. It makes me wonder about this company.
