The Vons Companies Incorporated Vons grocery store Letting thiefts getting away and making you the victim as the thief Lakewood, California

I recently purchased a visa one re loadable credit card from vons I loaded it with $50.00 and I had to pay $9.95 to activate it. When I got home I opened the package and inside was a $100.00 used gift card and a copy of the back of the real credit card that the store scans to activate the card when you looked at the back of the copy it was hp print paper used. I Immediatly went to the store and showed them they said I had to talk to corporate I called them they said it would take 24 hrs to investigate then they would send me a check and I should get a police report so I waited the 24 hrs I received a call the next day saying they wanted me to fax a copy of everything I faxed them a copy of everything now I received a call stating they want me to send them the original packaging and everything else and corporation will do an investigation. Problem is when I called to file the police report they took all the packaging. Im the victim and there treating me like a criminal I need my money back. Vons has horrible customer service skills I will no longer ever shop there and I will tell my story to whom ever will listen..
