The Wheel Connection, Mike Brockman I got the wheels, but they were junk... Tulsa Oklahoma

I ordered a wheel and tire package from The Wheel Connection in August 2007. I finally got all four wheels about a month after I ordered them.

Here are the problems with the wheels:
All four missing wheel weights, a few had some weights just clinging on.
All four had severe gouges in the black finish, and gouges around the outer rim.
One tire was not completely mounted on the rim, the bead was about an inch from being seated.
One of the center caps was scuffed badly, the cap was just a dull black finish.
One of allen screws for the center cap was replaced with a mismatched screw that was the wrong color, and would not even thread into the wheel.

So, after trying to contact The Wheel Connection several times and getting nowhere, I contacted Bank of America (my credit card company). After they heard my story I was told to ship the wheels back to The Wheel Connection, which I did. The wheels were tracked and fully insured. The Wheel Connection would not accept the wheels, so I am now in possesion of the wheels once again. Bank of America has already credited my account, so I dont know what will be done now. As far as the Wheel Connection refusing the wheels, they say they will only take them with the proper return authorization. The reason they say this is because you will never get the return authorization because you cannot contact anybody at The Wheel Connection, and even if you do, they will not send you the form.

I guess my point is- NEVER ORDER FROM THE WHEEL CONNECTION!

I look forward to hearing from you Mike, you will lose this one, I have too much documentation against you, I am smarter than you, and Bank of America is on my side.
