The Whelping Box Store Andrew VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT AND ABUSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE Kansas City Internet

 I am still reeling in shock at the treatment from the owner of this company. I ordered a whelping box for my labrador who is having puppies in a few weeks. I went off the recommendation from the owner Andrew as to the size. We had been communication via text. Today I excitedly unpacked the box to be very disappointed in finding some cheap rough pieces of plywood with poorly drilled holes that were chipped and splintering. I placed it together without attaching the screws... It was far too small. The outside perimeter measured 4 feet by 4 feet. Not taking into account the bumper rails inside which made it just over 3.5 feet square inside. The advertised picture of the box with the dog inside looked much bigger that the actual thing. So immediately I text Andrew the owner and said I would like to return it and purchase the larger size. He refused by saying the shipping was too expensive and the chance of parvovirus?! He said I could purchase the extra pieces to replace two sides at an additional cost. At this point I felt he was being dishonest. It seemed unfair as I had gone off his recommendation and was unaware of no return policy. I demanded that he send whatever the longest sides were in stock at no charge. He refused, making me out to be an idiot. My response was that I would write a dissatisfied review online to warn others. This is when he went into an angry tizzy fit... His exact words were... 'Go F.... yourself lady. I'm not going to let some Dumb A*s mooch tell me how badly I do something. You and the other freaks can write reviews all you want.. Nobody cares! Well I care when I'm spending my own hard earned money and receive a piece of junk that my 10 year old son could have constructed better. I hope anyone reading this will also care enough to steer clear of this company with an inferior product and it's owner with bad anger issues. ( I wish I had seen all the other bad reviews on this company beforehand)
