Signed contract on 10/15/10 for 2 hurricane impact sliding doors (tinted) and 1 hurricane impact sliding pocket window. Company installers came out on 1/12/11 to install. The order was completely wrong. One sliding door was tinted, one was not. The window as completely wrong.

Installers took everything back and said someone would call us with an update. We were expecting a call that afternoon. No call for days. We starting calling the office..phone was not working. Finally spoke to someone. The sales rep we dealt with no longer works there. Called the 800 number, was told the owner would call us.

A week went by. We were told they would lose too much money if they reordered the sliding doors and window. We were told we would get a refund. We have not received anything. We have an open permit and order of commencement that need to be canceled. No one will return our calls. Horrible customer service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
