I recently ordered a Fisher Space Pen and 2 refills from this company for a total of USD$67 + shipping to Australia (works out to be around USD$85)



The order went through to the company, they debited my account (via my VISA debit card) and as far as I knew my new pen would be winging its way to Australia and land within a few weeks.



It never came.



My processed order was early August (2nd of August 2010) and it is now the 16 of September 2010. I realise that it can take time to ship things to Australia so I sent an email (around 4 weeks after I ordered) to enquire when it was sent so I could hazard an ETA. 



No response.



I then sent another email about 3 days later to ask when the shipping occurred



No response.



I then asked if it had even been mailed out at all



No response.



Not only has my pen not arrived, but all of my polite inquiries (via email) as to the shipping dates have been completely ignored.



thewritersedge.com and its owners have ripped me off. I have ordered numerous things from other companies in the past and never had a problem, but the dishonest, thieves that run thewritersedge.com have made me question buying anything from the US again.



Be warned, whether you live in the USA or not, do not buy anything from thewritersedge.com
