I paid The X Banker $3000 to help me create and raise business capital. I came to them with 3 corporations all over 3 years old. They set each individual up to recieve an E book then you are on your own. You basically pay $3000 for an E book. The problem is that they never call you back. You are supposed to have a "consultant" I requested a more advanced program since I already have some business credit and they promised me the world - they never called me back! I worked with Hazen Martin and he never returned a call then I spoke to Kirk via email - he never returned my call either. So basically I paid $3000 for email consultation which is completely useless. So, initially we agreed that they dont provide the level of service I need. Then, a week later they refuse to refund ANY money. Folks, when a company admits they are wrong and wont refund anything, there is a big problem with honesty. Not that it is any help but their BBB report sucks too. Do not do business with them under any circumstance - they have failed with other individuals and you lose $3000.

THE X-Banker was another Criminal Enterprise ran by Kirk McMahan and Adam Zuckerman

AUTHOR: Darren M. Meade - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 11, 2011

Keith,

I understand you are a victim of The X-Banker, please call me as I might be able to help you (949) 715-1521.

The Better Business Bureau rating for the X-Banker is an F, not the B+ Kirk McMahon aka Kirk McMahan claims in his rebuttal. McMahan (using the alias McMahon) was the operations manager of Zuckermans business credit scam called the X Banker which amassed millions in revenue (listen tape : http://www.bodyrx.com/jwplayer/Tape14XBankerdid5MMin3years.MP3 ) and untold numbers of victims who were enrolled in monthly bank debit programs promising all manner of unrealized credit and financing services. Several victims have come
forward with testimony that they were illicitly recruited from a customer list hijacked by Ryan Page of Logan Utah from his former employer Business Credit Services in Las Vegas Nevada.

These individuals were led to believe that the X Banker was an affiliate of BCS. The X Banker was extinguished when mounting consumer complaints to the BBB and regulatory agencies (FTC) and law enforcement (FBI) threatened to expose Zuckermans commanding role in the Mercury Ventures controlled entities Shared Success and VenturePharma (listen tape http://www.bodyrx.com/jwplayer/Tape2ProgenexstockforfreeSharedSuccessandVenturePharmaarecompletelycontrolledbyMercuryVentures.MP3 ).

The Better Business Bureau rating is an F and can be confirmed here :

This Report is Very Inaccurate

AUTHOR: Kirk - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 15, 2010

Most of what this former client of XBanker is saying is inaccurate. Client may have had 3 corporations but he only signed one of them up in our business credit and finance program.

The program is $2985 but the client only put $550 down and financed the balance of the cost of the program through one of our banks. Client claims twice he paid us $3000 and he did not. Even though we are not required to, we cancelled the finance contract after client wanted to quit so nothing negative would happen to his personal credit.

We dont have an e-book, clients work with a finance coach/specialist. Keith was unwilling to complete any of the steps and expected his coach to do literally everything and for XBanker to pay for setting everything up. This is impossible; for legal and security reasons there are some things clients must do themselves and we tell them exactly what to do it they do not know how.

Our program is 6 months and we guarantee at least $50,000 in total credit if you finish it. It is not a magic program just like there are no magic banks out there, it is a building process. Hazen Marten was not Keiths coach or even his original consultant so I dont know why he was expecting calls from him. Keiths coaches name was Amanda and she reached out to him regularly with little response back. Keith signed our terms and conditions that clearly state our refund policy.

It sounds to me like this former clients wanted money refunded he never paid! We released him from any future payment obligations with no negative marks on his credit when he wanted to quit.

Our rating with the BBB is very good so once again I dont know what Keith is talking about. We have a B+ rating with a total of 8 complaints, all resolved, over the last 3 years among thousands of happy clients.

Email to Keith:

Kieth Lewis, Hi my name is Kirk, Im one of the managers over here at XBanker. ******* forwarded me your email and shared some of the concerns you are having with time frames and initial steps completion. In your first day you have had everything, including finance paperwork processed, you have been assigned a coach, completed the data gathering forms and terms and conditions, have had your coach help you choose an entity and have had about 3 emails sent and replied to. Michael told me you have gone through *** with previous entities and were frustrated (to say the least) with how long everything took. Myself and a number of our executives worked with *** before starting XBanker years ago and many of their former employees work for us now because we do a much better job. If this were *** you would take a week to get everything processed, then wait 30 days for a compliance report/novel that took one of the girls in the back an hour to complete and then spend month 2 and 3 doing compliance steps, half of which arent necessary, before getting a bunch of battery and shipping supply vendors. We have had clients complete the corporate conformity steps in a couple of hours, days or a week. In 1 day you are farther than you would be with any other company and In 1 week you will be where you would were in 90 days at ***. This is why our program is 6 months and not 12 like ***. Legally we cant complete all of the steps for you and a limited power of attorney just allows us to complete applications for you. We complete some of the steps and you complete some of them. I can assure you all of the heavy lifting on your part is in the corporate conformity phase where we get you looking like a real, legitimate and credit worthy business with the directories and bureaus. It is nothing like the hoops *** makes you jump through. We have hundreds of credit cards, leasing companies and banks with thousands of vendors and we even have 5 to 7 tax ID only credit cards up to $25,000 limits based solely on your business credit. There is no program or company out there that can complete all of the steps for you. It would be legally and logistically impossible. Some directory assistance companies require you call from the number you are listing for security purposes, we cant set up company email and why would you want us to have access to all of your email? How could we set up a phone line for you? The closest thing for doing no work on your part is to buy a company with credit already established for $10,000 to $30,000 and risk having it fall apart and get red flagged when they put you on it and risk inadvertently committing bank fraud when your tradelines are fake (like most are on these types of shady entities) and you sign to get financing with them. With a little work and completing a few steps you can have everything, done the right way, keeping you safe and your efforts secure for a fraction of the price and probably the same amount of work on your part in the end. If you would like to discuss your program and any concerns I havent addressed here please feel free to give me a call. My direct line is
