The Y'all Store yallstore Sells used parts as new! Brooklyn, New York

Fact: Yallstore on eBay and yallstore.com are one in the same.

Fact: On 12/28/2009 I ordered and paid for what was advertised as "new" HP DV900 hinges eBay item # 130345756103. I received said hinges on 01/02/2010.

Fact: Upon opening the package, I found a sealed static bag containing the hinges. After cutting open the static bag, I discovered the hinges were twisted, marked and obviously used.

Fact: I contacted the company though eBay advising them that the hinges I received were used and not new as they had advertised. They responded

"Thanks for your timely attention. Sorry to hear that,We do our best to help you and always serve you. Maybe the hinge was broken on the way,or our shipper send you a wrong,used item. Could you send the item back for exchange or refund? If convenience,could you make some pics for us check out it?"

I was happy to oblige them, as I had already photographed the used and badly worn items. After receipt of the pictures and request, I was asked to return the hinges, at my expense including providing a tracking number, back to yallstore for refund or replacement. I promptly returned the hinges as requested.

Fact: On 01/28/2010 yallstore shipped what was to be replacement for the used hinges I sent back.

Fact: On 02/01/2010 I received a package from yallstore containing what they reported to be new hinges to replace the mistakenly shipped used hinges. Upon opening the package, I noticed they were sealed in the same type of static bag. I could see through the bag that the new hinges were bent. After opening the static bag I found that they had shipped out another set of used hinges! This time it was even more evident as the right hinge still contained the stripped off nut and screw in one of the mounting holes.

Conclusion: This company hides under several different names both on eBay and the Internet and either has poor quality control or is intentionally selling used parts as new. Looking at all of the complaints found by using Google and searching for yallstore aka GainGame Inc. I think it would be the latter. 

EBay and Internet shoppers should beware of this company!
