Mr. Tiran Zaken:

I've corresponded with your office twice by e-mail and twice by fax, I have not had any responses. I'm disturbed over the accusations that are flying back and forth between you and Nick Lasorsa.

I became suspicious of your company when I contacted a company looking to negotiate a price on goods they were looking to move and they told me they were suing Quick-Sell Liquidators for promising to buy their goods and never did.

One thing I do know is you faithfully promised at any time we could request all our investment back at any time. I have tried to do just that by email and by fax, I've tried calling your establishment but the line is always busy.

I do not care about this fight between Nick and yourself, I just want my MONEY BACK. I expect to hear from you no later than Monday, November 10, 2002, in regards to my investment. Failure to hear from you on this matter would only cause me to believe in the charges from Nick.

I will anxiously await your soon reply no later than November 10, 2002. If not then the next correspondence will come from my Attorney's Office.
