NAPW - Tiran Zaken is Rip-off Report Verified The Zaken Company advertisement that I responded to promised "Advice, Guidance, support and expert help" My experience has been exactally the oposite. No help, no guidance and false missleading advice.

The Zaken Corp., Mike Davis, Joy Alon and Ronit did not return the major protion of my many phone messages I left requesting help and advice. In my welcome letter from Zaken I was told "to get used to making money fast and esay by following our step by step plan. We are here to help you" In reality I found that the staff of Zaken Company did not return my phone calls help in any way or lend any true advice.

In my experience, Zaken did not live up to it's promises. The "Lifetime Directory" promised confidential and exclusive access to the top known merchandisers for consumer products. Instead, what I found listed in this so called report was "mom and pop" retail stores, home based business owners, restaurants, as well disconnected phone numbers and retail stores that were no longer in business.

This report did not deliver the promised information. Also in phone calls with Mike Davis, I was told not to bother with Alaska or Hawaii because of shipping costs and expenses. My Directory comprised of a large portion of listings of Alaska and Hawaii! I was promised "fast, clean turn around". Yet I did not receive follow up phone calls, communications of any kind that were generated from Zaken, all communications were initiated by me and only after many repeated attempts to get someone, anyone to return my calls. I turned in over 35 samples folloing Zakens exact guidelines in every case, my experience was similar: little or no follow up.

Zaken staff lost several of my samples and merchandise specification sheets and I only found out by calling several weeks later to check on the progress of my submissions (this happened on three different ocassions)Again Zaken dropped the ball and did not live up to their promises. In December of 2002 in a phone conversation with Mike Davis of the Zaken Company that we would have web site to use and work through in the later part of December or early part of January of 2003.

As of June 4th 2003 there was still no website or offer of explination why despite my repeated requests of why. No less than Ten times I requested a list of referrences and was initially promised I would get them in the mail. I never received any referrences, but I did eventually get the run around by Mike Davis and Joy Alon that referrences were "confidential" and due to privacy it "is not our policy" to provide them. I have returned all of my manuals and materials (confirmed by us postal service) and informed by Zaken that I was not entitled to a refund because I had a week to review the manual and return it for a full refund.

The material in the manual must be implimented over time and can not be evaluated in just one week because what they say in writting sounds reasonable, but the fact that they do not back up their claims can not be determined until clients are contacted samples secured evaluated and sent in (that alone takes a week to 10 days if you sarted the very minute you got your manual) and then and only then can you realize that Zaken and its staff is of no use or help. They do not get offers, they do not call you with any updates or provide any kind of insite as to the status of your submissions.

Their garantee of refund is not possible in one week and they knowingly use that loop hole to keep conusmers monies. I am demanding my $164.00 associate fee, $29.00 home study course fee, and the $498.00 lifetime (a total of $701.00)directory fee be refunded.
