TheBookNE They charged my bank account $98.00 dollars for tablets but never sent the merchandise Virginia Beach Virginia

On 3/25 I ordered 2 samsung galaxy tablets for my granddaughters. On 3/26 my bank account was charged two transactions $49.00 each. I assumed the items were shipped but I never received a confirmation email of the shipping or even an order confirmation for that matter. I emailed the company with my concern and was advised the items were shipped straight from the manufacturer, no item number no tracking number. Just that it would arrive within 2-4 weeks. I ordered the girls tablet cases for their new tablets the cases arrived, obviously from another company, but no tablets. I messaged, i called nothing. Then finally i found all the reports, they r a scam. I contacted an attorney in my family and was advised to contact the bank. The bank advised me to wait until the 4 weeks is up which will be the 23rd. The bank advised me they would look into finding if they are a real company and if so they must provide proof of sending the items and tracking information. But anyone who is serching this company on this site already knows they arent coming. But for myself i dont feel a refund is enough something should be done leagally. Possibly a potition and send it to the BBB. If we band together something can be done and should be. Some people cant afford to just hand their money freely to so ahole who clearly has no disregard for other people or their self even because this wont just pass by ALL THESE PEOPLE ALL THIS MONEY WAS 98 DOLLARS WORTH YOUR FREEDOM?? Because you are going to PRISON. and rightly so.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
