Just like the other reports, I ordered the Trial "Garcinia Ultra" at $4.95. I entered my credit card information and clicked right on through to order. Then 7 days later I see a charge for $89.74. Which in my mind I didn't authorize. I went to my bank. They canceled my card. Started an investigation.

Then I found the number of the company making the charges. When I called they were very rude. And very quick to inform me that the terms and conditions, that I should have read every word of, plainly stated that I had to cancel within a certin time period. Or I would be charged the additional charges.

However, Ceaser; did say he could refund 40%, which I refused. I insisted on 100%. Naturally, he refused! Then he offered a 60% refund. Again I refused, still insisting on 100% of my money back. We continued to yell at each other. He finally said his fiinal offer was 75% and if that wasn't good enough, he would disconnect and I would get nothing.

I finally told him to do whatever. That I had already filed a complaint with my bank. At which time "Ceaser" was quick to tell me that as soon as they see that I agreed to their terms and conditions, the bank would do nothing and would not return a cent to me.
