Thehoneyroastedpeanut lists postings on eBay and uses Amazon Prime to ship some of their products. Frustrating when you're expecting a shipment from an eBay seller and an Amazon package arrives, that's not to bad except.....

By using Amazons automated shipping, if a buyer realizes a issue and needs to cancel the order, eBay policy is to allow the buyer up to one hour for cancellations, Honeyroastedpeanut refuses any cancellation, even if done immediatedly upon placing the order within as little as 5 minutes. Then their posting says free return shipping, a 15% restock charge on some orders.

From the time of order placement to the 4th email in 2 days, they changed their return policy in their posting to reflect all buyers pay all return shipping AND the 15% restock fee, this because they refuse to allow cancellations in a timely manner and instead of admitting fault and issue a return shipping label, they would rather screw their customers with deceptive practices.

By refusing cancellations, they are selling and sending unwanted items or items ordered by mistake and passing their negative policies onto consumers who have to sometimes pay half of the purchase amount to return it. Even when the Ebay posting said free returns and a customer processes the return they find out they are not only paying return shipping, but also a restock charge all because the company policy is to not allow cancellations in a timely manner per eBay.

If one reads their negative feedback on eBay, their response to many customers is that they would supply a prepaid shipping label, apparently a free shipping label is only offered after the consumer has been screwed and disrespected by customer service and a complaint logged.

As a Manager of multiple million dollar plus parts, shipping and receiving departments over the years, I understand restocking fees, return shipping fees and most importantly, reading return policies. I would NEVER order any product with a Buyer pays all shipping costs AND a restocking fee, so imagine how pissed off a costomer becomes when the posting states free returns and no mention of once the order is placed, it will not be cancelled for any reason.

The cancellation was immediately place AND an email sent direct to Honeyroastedpeanut immediately afirming a cancellation had been placed with eBay. Both resulted in refusal to cancel order.

We also sell on eBay and we do have a no return policy due to the nature of the product being artwork, but although we have the no return policy, we are happy to return or replace the product, even if it's not for the same item for our customers.

Why any company with 1 million plus items sold would be as deceptive as they are over 4 bucks is beyond reason, then wanting to add another 7 bucks on top of that.
