Purchased a template, with the understanding that it would not require web site programming. I am familiar with software development for embedded automotive systems, so I understand the concepts of web programming, I just did not want to learn new programming languages/systems for a simple web site. I have successfully deployed the purchased file packages on an Apache based web server, but was unable to make some very simple features work, such as a link to another page. Poking around I found that the template uses the bootsrtap framework to generate dynamic pages (getbootstrap.com) Not sure if there are missing or out of date bootstrap modules, but was never able to get support to understand the issue. While the template only cost USD 15.00, not a big deal, it is a matter of principle to expect a product that actually works, or get support if it does not.

COMPLAITS:
1. product does not work out-of-box as claimed
2. the product needs tweeking and detailed understanding of the software functionality
2. seller does not offer support phone or email listed on site
3. while I eventually stumbled on a well-hidden support/help page, I was unable to know if the support request went through (no confirmation page!)
4. product files contain spelling errors.

Stay away!
