When I first downloaded the software it worked. I tried to log on a couple weeks later and the shortcut on my desktop didn't connect. I went through all the uninstallation and reinstallation that the support site offered. I got back into the software but the software won't connect to the site. I can't get any music downloads!

I have emailed the site several times for support but they remain unresponsive. I've been scammed! I got unlimited access to a members area that doesn't exist. The only thing I joined was a group of unsatisfied customers.
