Mr. Hansen presents himself as a real estate investor & developer as well as an insurance salesman for property and casualty. He has also owned a number of other businesses, including convenience stores, restaurant, construction company, and other entrepreneurial ventures. This man will say anything and has an uncanny ability to convince people to allow themselves to be vulnerable. I am only one of many victims of his deceit. He has stolen from mother, brother, friend, neighbor and any other person unlucky enough to become involved with him financially. He has well over 20 civil judgements outstanding, 11 tax liens, and criminal securities fraud charges pending with the State of Utah. His techniques include overleveraging real estate and other assets, representing that he is due to imminently receive in excess of $120 million judgement from a billion dollar foreign bank, and "borrowing" money he never plans to repay.

You cannot help but like Ted Hansen. He is personable, intelligent and seems sincere. I enjoy him and want to believe him. He has borrowed from me and other friends and acquaintances while promising great returns. Ted has made some payments and, according to my records, some monies are now past-due.
Ted is very busy building his business and sometimes does not perform in a timely manner. He has many strengths but timely payments do not top the list. In the next few weeks I expect to be a happy camper if monies are repaid or, if commitments are not honored, some may remind with "I told you so."
