We were looking for microsoft server software and were directed to this site from pricegrabber, pricing was a little lower than market value. We purchased
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Standard w/5 CALs

Upon taking delivery, we knew that these were not Microsoft genuine products, we purchase quite a bit of software and so we can tell the difference between real and fakes and these were as bad as they get. In hopes of settling this matter we contacted theprodeal and they refuse to take responsibility, particularly the owner David who is not reachable by phone at all. He keeps deflecting any blame and refuses to take responsibility and resolve the matter. He has even tried to accuse us of the same, just a pathetic lowlife that will resort to anything to weasel out of a situation. We have sent him numerous emails and called though coincidentally he is never available now.
Lesson: Stay Away from them, they do not deserve to be in business! I hope that Microsoft reads this as well so that they know about this rat selling counterfeit software.

The reply given by owner (David Nguyen) of theprodeal.com pretty much sums up the person we are dealing with. He cannot rebuttal us on factual grounds but instead takes racist shots and tries to discredit us to deflect any blame off him. Listen David, its simple at this point, you sold us Microsoft Server counterfeit software and have not done anything to resolve the matter so you deserve all that's coming your way and trust us, we will not stop until your put down.
