my bf wanted to surprise me with a loui Vuitton bag. the one we got was a fake one. it is a speedy 30 blue bag, on the site it shows a picture with the date code that starts with letter "V" and the texture. the one we got DOESN'T have date code and texture was waaaayy too different. we ask about it and the customer service named kristel and aida said we can go to a LV store to have it authenticated. we called LV customer service and they said, only authenticated LV that people can buy is from LV website or store or an authenticated receipt. Aida and Kristel said that LV cant tell if its real just coz of receipt. they keep pushing that the bag was authenticated.

we called again and talked to Norma. she said to send her pictures with the bag we received which we did and we quoted that were going to an LV store and once we find out that it was fake we can sue them of fraud. next day they replied saying we can return it since we didn't get the item the one we expect MEANING they got scared and guilty of SELLING FAKE items.

So please people don't spend time of buying to this website because all they sell was FAKE. The FakeFake Store. Thank you.
