Thermal Industries No Customer Service bad product Wood Dale Illinois

I purchased a condo that had installed patio door and windows just prior to my buying the condo. I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. I even contaceted Superior Exteriors the sales company to try to get assistance with Thermal Industries lackadasical attitude. He came out and agreed that the patio doors were bowed and needed to be replace. HE called Thermal industreis and that was when I finally got a call back.

At first I had to deal with a young girl who did not like me expressing my discontent with the company. I don't have to "listen to this" Excuse me??? You are PAID to listen to this. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor who said that he agreed with her. I used no profanity, or yelled, I just repeated that I was unhappy and I wanted something done immediately.

Then I had the WHOLE patio door system replaced, window handles and bowed windows. Repeated problems with each. The WORST is that you have to work around THEIR schedule. If they happen to be in your area is the only time they will come out.

I am writing this "Ripoff Report" because the straw that broke the camel's back occurred this winter. Freezing, bitter air is streaming into my living room from the patio door. I had to stuff the upper frame with tissue or foil or whatever I could get to stay there to keep the air out.
I called for the supervisor Ken to come out and after one disconnect in our schedules HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR CAME OUT!!!!!! So I suffered from what were supposed to be new doors.... the whole winter.

Unless the moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligns with Mars, don't excpect any customer service from this company.
