thesaleguru.com SCAM!!! Internet

Saw an add for 2 in 1 curling and straightening iron for $54.97 on facebook. Clicked on link and ordered on August 25th. Received confirmation email with order # 13780 and a note saying they were preparing my order to be shipped.

On Sept 8th I realized that I still hadnt recd an emaill confirning shipment of my purchase so I went to the original confirmation email again to see that they had added a "tracking number" (LN262628034SG) which is invalid tracking number. when entered it into the UPS and USPS websites. When that tracking number is entered, it says there is no information regarding that number.

I contacted thesaleguru through FB messenger and also through the customer service email listed in the contact us section of the website.  I received two responses and none of which resolved the issue nor answered my questions. I beleive this website is a scam. My account has been charged $54.97and I still have no product today on 9/11/2017.

FB did nothing to remove nor was there any place on FB that allows you to write in why you are reporting website.

I hope you catch these theives and prevent others from making bogus purchases!
