TheStyleNouveau-Etsy Scammer Stay away from the e-business

I have had the displeasure of dealing with this Etsy "fraud" business. Etsy is known for selling handmade items but this jewelry business in particular is selling replica Van Cleef and Arpel jewelry on Etsy.

I can't speak for the rest of their jewelry but this bracelet that I ordered in particular has the VCA logo, which screams REPLICA VCA.  However, they advertised it as the "Mother of pearl Sterling Silver Bridesmaid wedding" with pearly clovers bracelet so it was stupid of me to assume that the logo would not be there.

I was wrong, and the bracelet did not fit me. I messaged them for their return address so I could ship the item back in exchange for refund (as per their policy which indicated that they accept returns within 2 weeks from the time that it was received).  I was ready to take the loss in shipping given that the shipment is from China but it is what it is.

They immediately refused and put the blame on me, the buyer, to check the measurement and ensure that it fits me. We exchanged emails about their return policy and they were in total denial about their return policy and that it meant that I had to keep a jewelry of questionable quality that I could not wear, and that it has a VCA logo which screams REPLICA.

They even went as far as updating their return policy on their website (reflected by the time stamp)to not accept returns on the same day that I asked for a refund. I decided to escalate the situation with PayPal with regards to this, and I was issued full refund for the jewelry.

You, the customer, are forewarned about this business. Be prepared to be gaslighted and manipulated and even accused of being called an extortionist and a scammer because you wanted a geniuine piece that fits, EVEN IF YOU OFFERED TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT! I have had successful transactions for 10+ years and like any buyer, less than 5% of my items resulted in a return.

I even have a small business on ebay with 100% positive reviews and gladly accept returns as LONG AS THE ITEM IS IN THE CONDITION IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER! I even take proofs of these before delivery to protect myself from scammers but thankfully, I had truthful buyers.

This business is the absolute worst that I came across. There was also another complain against this business for selling poor quality jewelry and he wanted his refund back, but knowing my horrible experience with them, he might not receive a dime.
