Westcare/THe VillageSouth is in crisis. It time for something new there. Frank Scafidi Ph.d , Frank Rabitto, Michael Miller,Ph.d and Diana Alvarez-all need to be replaced. There all kiss assing opportunists. They fake sympathy for there staff while advancing there personal agendas. Scafidi AKA Flamboyant Frank-loves to hire his friends while ignoring other staff who are hardworking and underpaid. Any serious complaint to Westcare is simply ignored. WestCare's name would be more accurate if they advertised under "WE DONT CARE". 

Frank Scafid Ph.D The Village South/Westcare surrounds himself with his friends who also kiss his a*s and pose no threat to him. He has a reputation of only helping his friends and not helping others. Where is the  buffoonish over sized ego Frank Rabittio and the self serving Michael Miller PH.D? -

Matt Gissen made a mistake selling THe Village to Westcare. So much that he sued them.

Unless, there are attempts to change the leadership at Westcare:  the higher vision that Gissen envisioned will forever be mired in selfish squalor
