I ordered the Think and Lose DVD ($39.95) which came with the Think and Lose CD (no cost) and with a free MP3 player with the CD already downloaded on it. I was thinking this would be really convenient since I didn't have an MP3 player to download the program on.

I thought my daughter might like one of the Think and Lose CD's because they were offering those at 1/2 price ($19.95) since I'd bought one.

I wanted it shipped early and if I paid the $9.95 shipping and handling I could have it within 5-7 days. For a grand total of $69.95.

What I received was an slightly opened package 17 days later with a bill for $202.70.

What the bill says they shipped to me was 1 Thin and Slim Energizer S, 2 Platinum Package - MP3 players at $119.90 each and added the rush shipping for $9.95. Now remember the MP3 player was free.

Platinum Package includes the Think and Lose DVD/CD which cost $39.95 and the free MP3 player. There was suppose to be another CD that must cost $80.00 because the MP3 player is free.

The customer service representive assured me that everything was in the package when it left the plant. I think he must be inspector 37 looking at my package specifically when it left the plant. He also assured me that all packages are absolutely sealed tight when they leave (inspector 37). They should try inspector 42, I hear he has an eagle eye.

He explained to me that I received the Platinum Package which consisted of the Think and Lose DVD/CD ($39.95), a couple of other CD's ($80.00) and the free MP3 player.

He was very kind to give me a routing number so I could visit my local Post Office, make my report and it won't cost me more money to send back the items I didn't order and the free MP3 player which was advertised to be free with the Think and Lose DVD/CD, because of course it comes with the Platinum Package which seems to be the same as I ordered with that $80.00 CD (whatever it might be) thrown in.

If the MP3 player is not free it should not be advertised as free. If the MP3 player comes with a Platinum Package, it should be stated as so during the advertising. If the $9.95 shipping is on top of the other shipping then say that it will cost you $22.90 to ship a 4lbs 2oz package. Don't state that it will be shipped to you in 5-7 days. People always think of something being shipped in 5-7 days as the day they will receive it. I guess if your using deceitful tactics you would see that as a way to make money.

I wonder if they have a CD for destressing?
