Think And Lose Charged my account and did not live up to expectations

So I ordered the Think and Lose program on TV, which was advertised as pay no money now... free trial. I went online and clicked the free trial. Immediately I was sent an email by the company saying my account was charged because I ordered extra materials... which I did NOT.

I emailed customer service who told me to email a different email address. By the time I had done this and got a response, my bank account was already overdrawn because that amount of funds was not in the bank yet.

So I called the customer service number and they said there was nothing I could do, the order had already been shipped, and they were very rude to me in the process; saying that I should've paid more attention when ordering the program. I know for a fact that I ordered correctly.

So besides the overdrawn account, the DVD clearly was not shipped when they said because it did not arrive for some time later. When it did, it was ripped and dirty, looking like a used program, and also with no receipt.

So again, I had to call about getting a receipt in case I needed to get my money back. They said they were sure they sent me a receipt, and that they could not send me a new one. So, now I cannot even return the product. Do Not Buy This Product!
