THINK AND LOSE "Conveniently" say they did not receive my return package and won't credit my card. Las Vegas Nevada

Make sure that you get a tracking number if you decide to return this program. This company can't be trusted otherwise!

When I returned my program I called and got the address to mail the package, a Return Authorization number from them, put postage on at home (it's just a small package) and after five weeks they say they have no record of the return. There was never any mention of making sure I got a tracking number. When I have called about this they say they tell everyone to get a tracking number - total lie!

I realize now that I should have gone to the post office to mail this and gotten a tracking number but I really feel that this company is taking advantage of returns that people can't track. It is easy money for them.

It seems rather convenient that after five weeks the package has not shown up there or been returned to me. I asked if the package did show up now at their location in Nevada, would I be credited. The answer was that I am now beyond the time alloted for a credit, so the answer is no.

The program had no effect on me - I could still wiggle my legs and open my eyes even though he said I would not be able to. I would basically call the program a scam but I guess I should have known better than to believe that too.

Also use caution when ordering the extras with this, they keep coming at you when you are ordering and before you know it you could have a huge charge on the credit card. Luckily I am only out $49.90.
