  This company sent my client a used computer with a bad hard drive. I understand that it was refurbished/used but they should do a quick scandisk to see if there are any bad sectors. I go to check the disk and the whole thing takes a dirt nap! I get them to send me a new drive because it's under warranty and when it arrives it's another used drive, with bad sectors, AND it HAS NO WINDOWS 7 OS on it!

  So now am I not only out hours of labor, etc I had to order a NEW hard drive and and OS to put in the client's machine, loosing about $200 in the process total. I tried calling them during regular business hours and all I got was a recorded message then a dial-tone. Seriously? This will be the last time I use these guys. Be warned!!!

 We are a small computer company located in Northern Kentucky.  We do all we can to help our customers. Our goal is to have our end-user 100% satisfied with their product.  As with any business that has paying customers, you can't please everyone!


This complaint states:

" This company sent my client a used computer with a bad hard drive. "


Customer called our customer service about the issue.  We agreed to send out a new hard drive, free of charge.  We stated that because we are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, we are confined to certain rules set my Microsoft.  One of these rules being we cannot send out a hard drive only that is loaded with Windows. All Windows loads are are tired to a product key and/or hardware ID. This customer stated that he was a computer technician and that he understood the rules set by Microsoft. We even gave a credit to his account for the delay. 

When the drive arrived without a windows load, customer called in irate. We went ahead and issued an RMA to send everything back for full refund because we could not fit his needs in the time frame he needed.
