Thirty Second Smile Overcharge,can not use due to tooth sensativity, won't refund Rancho Cucamonga, California

My husbans  say this item on the Today show and thought it might help som staining on his fron teeth

I ordered the product via the internet.The price was stated as @25.00

What arrived was a whitening system and the brush.He was charged 49.85 although the charges on the invoice came to $14.00 (S & P price.)

Call to the company, answered in far East was not only uncessful, but also very stressful for him.

Bottom line, they refuse to accept a return although it clearly states, on the invoice, to call the included phone number.
