THM Team have employed me for flyer distribution and failed to pay wages. A check for the work I did in the month of June was supposed to be issued on 7/10/09. A commission check was supposed to be issued today, 7/20/09, and has not been done so. These lost wages total about $160 in hourly wages and up to at least $40 in commission.
Jennifer Seidel was the woman conducted the orientation and identified herself as the owner. I have called her several times and left messages with no reply.
Ceil Greco is the woman that I have been in direct contact with regarding flyer distribution. Myself and several other flyer distributors have met Ceil in various parking lots (they have no physical office in the area) to receive flyers and report our work.
Over the last 11 days, I have been in contact with Ceil and have received endless excuses as to why there was no paycheck. These excuses include: Jennifer being too busy, a company truck crashing in North Jersey (despite the company claiming to work only in PA and Burlington County, NJ), "personal" issues keeping her from reaching me, and delays in shipping via FedEx.
