VinTest "CarVinTest.com" sales representatives are impersonating legitimate car buyers to contact car owners who have listed their cars for sale. Usinging impersonating emails and contact information of legitimate buyers, Sales representatives on the behalf of VinTest will ask you questions about the vehicle you have listined for sale. They will keep their interest high but after the first or the second contact they will ask you to pay for a report using CarVinTest.com, then they get very clever. They will even misltead you to reimbusere the cost for the Report if they end up buying your vehicle. As a result, they can have thousands of consumers buy a report from "CarVinTest.com" thinking this is a legitimate buyer.
Exactly like Tom mentioned in the Jan 21st report. The guy emailed me interested in my van, requests a report and suggests carvinreport.com then after sending report the guy says he has no money and can't buy the van even though in his previous email mentioning "has the cash".

Sorry in the original description I mentioned the place was carvinreport.com. It is in fact carvintest.com I had the name right in the title and report but just got it wrong in the description.
