WARNING: Stay away from this guy!  He is a smooth-talking con man who will try to convince you that everyone who accuses him of anything is "the bad guy" or the "liar" but when 10 or more people all complain the same about him, including his own mother Anna, and all his ex-girlfriends and ex-wife, then you should be able to figure out that he is the one who is lying.  

Tommy has many problems, but the main problem is that he is a SOCIOPATH.  If you don't know the meaning of this word, please look it up - it will describe him exactly and save you from believing anything that he says.  In my case, he "borrowed" money from me several times last year, always telling me he had a deal going and he would pay me back shortly with good interest.  It's been 8 months now and I still haven't seen a dime. He is still, to this day, texting me and telling me he has this big deal or that big deal in the works, and we need to meet, but then he never meets and never has any money to repay me with.  This has been going on since late 2013.  He even wrote me a schedule of proposed payments for January, 2014 and he didn't pay me even the first payment.  He owes me $50,000+ and I know at least 3 other people he owes $30,000+ to.  If you are a woman, be very careful.  He seems friendly, but he's ripped off all the girls he's dated in the past that I know about.  He even had 2 separate women share a home together with him.  Too bad the women put their names and credit on the leases.  Tommy bailed and left them with the unpaid rent and contractual burdens.  One of the girls lost so much money, that she's had to move back in with her parents.

If he pays me back, I'll write a follow-up comment here, but as of June, 2014, he's just breaking promises and being hard to communicate with.  Anybody know his current address?  He likes to hide, doesn't let people know where he lives or what he does for a living, but he travels to Florida a lot to spend other people's money.  He doesn't have a legitimate job.  Don't lend him any money unless you don't want it back.  And don't let him use your credit card or co-sign anything with him unless you can pay for everything yourself.
