Thomas Caldwell took advantage of an AMX billing issue whereby he was refunded and consequently refused to pay citing confusion.


Individuals report on Company behaviour, and the same is being done for customer behaviour.


Mr Caldwell is the lowest of the low and I urge merchants to refuse his custom. I have already blacklisted his name and 2 payment cards.


Adult sites should also be aware since he has also charged back 14 months of subscriptions from a gay scat and fetish site http://www.scatmen.com
