Stay away from this house at 71 Westbridge Drive in Holbrook N.Y. t is owned by Thomas Cashe of 4 Win Place in Lake Grove. He is known for being a drunk and a coke head and has a bad reputation for being a slum lord. He's been tryiung to sell this house for about 3 years, but because of the inferior work he did when he bought this house as a foreclosure, he wasn't able to sell it. This house cannot pass any inspections and I'm assuming he's trying to rent it without a Rental permit from the Town Of Brookhaven.

This creep has been living in someone elses house in Lake Grove for the last 8 years and even with an order from the court refuses to get out claiming he has no place to live.

This creep is bad news. STAY AWAY from him.

Even the way this house isn't even listed with a Licensed Real Estate agent is shows it's not legit, and suspect.
