Part I:
The door lock fell INSIDE the door, we took it back to J&M Imports as PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS and then they sent us to a repair shop. I would have settled for a lock unique to the door and not keyed to the rest of the system. The ignition key will not operate the door lock, they said it wasn't "major mechanical" and refused to do more. I would have thought that they would finish what they started if for nothing else other than the good will it would bring them.
 
Part II:
One day later the check engine light came on, again they told us to bring the car in and they would check it out. When my grandson showed up they not only refused to even look at the car but they stated they would refuse to honor your own warranty because of the negative feedback I had already posted concerning the lock fiasco!

Their business cards say: "In God We Trust" That's patently absurd!
