Thomas S Geraghty / TSGlawfirm / Thomasgeraghty.com is a rip-off. Thank goodness I found this site and can let the truth be known to other innocent victims. BEWARE !!! This thief will sign contract and in a heart beat drop your case after charging you $10,000.00. No one thing came from the case.
I spent thousands and never even received a phone call. All I got was a letter stating my case was being dropped from the firm. NO REFUND !!!! They kept every dime of my retainer with no accounting statement given to me. I have spoken to other client say same thing. I went to Mr. Geraghty office four time and he will not even give me one minute of his time.
At this point I at least want all my documents back. THOMAS GERAGHTY IS A CON MAN !! A TRUE CROOKED ATTORNEY !!!REPORT HIM TO THE STATE BAR ASSOCIATION !!!
This man needs to be stopped...

This complaint is bogus. The appropriate forum for resolving any dispute with a California lawyer is with the State Bar of California. The nonsense written in this complaint could not occur without a state bar investigation and disbarment. The anonymous Maria has never filed any complaint with the bar. Whoever reads this can check my public record at the State Bar's website www.calbar.org .
Our office has represented hundreds of clients over the past five years. We have represented only one person by the name Maria in Concord, California. In the real Maria's case we won over $580,000.00 for her. Needless to say, Maria and her family were very happy with our service.
A year and a half later and there is still no corroboration or support for this claim. To the person who actually wrote this: You keep hiding behind anonymous and ridiculous internet postings and I will continue fighting for my clients.
