I purchased the "plans" because it was advertised as "simple" and "Anyone can do it" and "buy the parts at your local hardware store". I wanted to be able to go for drives with my husband and not have to worry about the fuel costs.
I received a long and short version, and other "bonuses" for my payment of $77 USD. One bonus is a list of people that will build and install this system for you. I also received a bonus of "How to improve your gas mileage", which didnt make sense to me since I had just purchased the "ultimate gas saving" information. This report mentioned fuel heaters, additives, "How to drive" efficiently (dont speed).
Reading the 133 pages was TORTURE, as it appears to be translated (not very well) from some other language, and was MONOTONOUSLY REDUNDANT. It repeatedly says that you will need to decide to make your "beloved vehicle" clean for the environment, fuel efficient, and you will also need to become COMPLETELY INFORMED about whats involved in putting this thing together and installing it in your car. The parts list calls for you to apply a stainless steel coating to your exhaust, unless you know how to ceramic coat it !!!!
The plans require you to be college educated in chemistry and electricity/electronics. IT IS NOT EASY TO FOLLOW OR UNDERSTAND! In fact, it is VERY HARD TO FOLLOW, and NOT EASY TO UNDERSTAND AT ALL. Its difficult to even understand the very first step!! There is no way ANYONE can make and install this device unless they are already a seasoned auto mechanic, or a college educated engineer.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed (crying real tears of frustration and disappointment) with this purchase and requested a refund. I will update if I actually get a refund (which was another reason I tried it, I figured I could get my money back)

HHO Gas Snake Oil.
AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

You fell for this snake oil HHO hogwash!
HHO gas is a real gas that has industrial uses. HHO kits such as this are not practical for automobiles. Not one of these kits actually result in any cost savings due to a little thing known as the Conservation of Energy-in a closed system (such as your auto) energy is neither created or destroyed, but is merely converted.
Simply put, your car uses more energy to create HHO gas than the energy burning the HHO gas will generate.
More simply put: It is Snake Oil.
