Thomas Kalcas (Kalcas & Associates) Stole $750 from a single mother with no place to live! Cumberland , Rhode Island

On, Dec. 16 2010, Thomas Kalcas and I went to the State of Rhode Island District Court. The judge read from the "Landlord- tenant handbook" and told Mr. Kalcas that he had no right to my money. She then explained to him that he needed to gather my current contact information in order to pay the $810.98 he legally owed me. It has now been almost four years and he has not sent me any money regarding this district court judgement. I will be contacting the Rhode Island Attorney General and Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation to futher investigate Mr. Kalcas and his many endeavors. None of the information I have reported has been fabricated. In regard to Mr. Kalcas' comment made, "She KNOWS that there will be no mo ey comming from me." I don't understand why the $810.98 wouldn't be coming to me when a State of Rhode Island District Court judge said he legally owed me the $810.98. The law is the law, if a judge says you have no right to someone's money, you legally owe them that money. I will upload all of the court documentation showing that on Dec. 16 2010, the judgement was made in my favor.

reports from Kassi are simply untrue . More so , this is just ranting of a deeplt disturbed person who would rather complain than take responsibility for her actions, her life . There is no judgement since she ne re filed a co plaint with district court .i encouraged her to do so if shE is not cleared if any money is owed to her . There was no court .no judgement and no claim to re rice any money . She attempted to defraud me and I simpply held her responsible for her actions . She KNOWS that there will be no mo ey comming from me , hence , she asked her disturbed father to threaten me and my family for which a police report has been filed. I offered before and I will repeat my offer again ... Get help in a form of counseling ( you and your father ) and I will help with co-pay. This us the only mo ey you will EVER see from me.

You’ve ripped off so many people that you can’t even get our names straight! Every single thing is a complete lie. If I did not qualify for the apartment, no deposit would have been made. I worked a full-time job as a hair stylist at the time and we discussed that the day you showed me the apartment. You never called or emailed me about the apartment. I called you the day before move in to see how to get the keys and you told me that the tenants could not move out for another two weeks. At that point, I had already given you the $750.00, so I agreed to wait the two weeks. My father had all intention of cosigning because you required a cosigner, he never said anything about me needing to take responsibility for my own life, because that was a given. I had money in savings and a full-time job. He told you he would sign the lease when we got the keys because he did not trust you after you changed the move in date. You sound utterly Ludacris and out of line in this post, calling me a dead beat, grow up. If you remember correctly, I took you to small claims court in Providence, R.I. The judge read the Landlord-Tenant handbook to you directly and said you had no right to my money and that the judgment for 100% in my favor. However, you exercised your rights within the two days given and appealed the judge’s decision. The case was then sent to Superior Court where it has been sitting since December 2010… because you sir, know the system. I have the paperwork from the District Court to prove it and will be uploading it so that hopefully, you can't do this to anyone else. You are slumlord and should be ashamed of yourself. Hopefully, you'll one day take responsibility for your actions, lies and cheating.

Cassidy , I will not post your or your crazed fathers name here at this time. You placed a non refundable deposit for an apartment . I told you right away that you simply don't qualify for this apartment since you don't have a job. You know , that is how usually people get income ... You insisted that your father will be willing to co sign the lease agreement and him being an officer of the law should eliminate any doubt I may have.

I called and emailed you repeatedly , most of the time you did not respond , nor did your father agree to co sign the rental agreement. As he stated verbatum " at your age it is time to take responsibility for your own life " and he no longer wishes to be a part of this social project. You on the other hand insisted that you will get him to help you in this matter. You were told time and time again, that the deposit is non refundable since you asked me to stop advertising this unit in order to rent it To someone else.

Both you and your father played surprised when you called me a day before the alleged move in date to be told one last time that without your father consigning not only you will not be allowed to move in but I intend to keep the deposit as a compensation for the moth of vacancy you have caused. You become indignant but your father took it further . He threatened the life of  my wife, my 8 year daughter and me. The suck bustard was stupid enough to record himself of my voice nail and a police report was fliked with Cumberland police. The police by the way , he was no longer a member of due to emotional problems. 

You presented yourself on this forum as a Christian , God loving , hard working student who happens also to be a loving mother of a young son. I have said it to many dead beats before you and since I have met you. Try to get a job, put some integrity into your messed up life and stop blaming others for your screw ups. 

You and your father were told by the police that this a civil case and then told by legal aid that you simply had no case . 

I suggested in the past that you and your father seek mental health help before it is too late. I hope you took my advice and turned  your lifes around.
